Delivery

Our garments are hand made to order and therefore take time to produce. Although we aim to deliver all orders as soon as possible, please allow up to 6-8 weeks for dispatch. We will deliver to the address given to us by you at the time you place your order. Though we usually work to agreed delivery times between ourselves and the customer please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery/courier services.

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. You will be informed of an estimated delivery time when your order is received. Please, bear this in mind if you need the item for a particular date.

Urgent orders can be accommodated. Please, contact us with any enquiries or for a current waiting time.

Sale items may take up to 8-10 weeks to be delivered and are non-returnable and non-refundable. One offer per order, discount codes cannot be accepted on SALE items and SAMPLE items.

During peak times, processing times are slightly longer.

Items in the UK will be delivered via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery 1pm, items sent outside of the UK will be delivered via Royal Mail Airsure Tracked & Signed service so the item will be tracked and insured for peace of mind.

If we are unable to deliver to you, we will inform you and you may, if you wish, cancel the Contract and we will fully refund you.

We strongly suggest that, upon receipt, you inspect the Products and advise us if the delivered Products are not what you ordered or are faulty.

Bespoke Products

Bespoke Products include special orders or commissions for Products, which have been either:

-designed with an element of customisation, sizing and/or fitting.

-originally ordered via the website (and paid in full) in a standard size but after discussion via email or telephone have then become custom sized and/or coloured (including where an additional fitting/ customisation charge has been paid).

Bespoke Products, which are ordered as a special order or commission, require a non-returnable deposit of 100% of the final cost of making and shipping the order. 

Bespoke Products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

We may agree at our discretion that the Bespoke Product requires further fitting or customisation work whether due to the customer's requirements or due to any error or miscalculation on our part. Prior to any such alteration or customisation we will always request approval in writing, which includes email.

It is your responsibility to verify that your email address is in proper working order and must assume the risk of all consequences for transmission or operational failures.
 
Zorenko London is very happy to create a bespoke Product and can help you on designing Products from your brief, or work with your design idea to translate it into a practical garment. A custom design will never be replicated.

Please, contact me with as much information as you can provide, including any details on; style, colour, budget, completion date, etc. for a quote and estimate of completion time.

Availability of Products

If we are unable to provide you with the Products you have ordered, you will be contacted as soon as possible at which point you will be offered the choice of accepting substitute Products of equivalent value or a complete refund of any sums that you have paid.

Latex Batch Colours

Please, note that the colours of the latex sheets used to make our Products, particularly in semi-transparent colours, may vary from batch to batch. In view of this, we cannot be held responsible for your colour choices.

 Payment

Payment can be made by credit/debit card or cash in person by appointment.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the Product, this only applies to Products made in standard sizes. Products may be exchanged for a different size/colour or a refund may be offered within 14 days of purchase.

For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or cancellations for any intimate objects.

All Products returned to us must be unworn, in perfect condition and free from any defects or odours. Products must be returned with all their original tags attached and in their original packaging. Products that are not returned in this condition may not be accepted and may be returned to you and/or we may refuse to issue a refund. Products will be inspected upon return and in the unlikely event that the Product is not sellable we will have to return it back to you and we will not be able to issue a refund.

If you order the wrong sized garment it may be exchanged for a different size at no extra cost, this does not apply when custom measurements are given. Replacement items cannot be posted until the return one has been received in the satisfactory condition.
Orders for custom-made, special order or made to measure items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Zorenko London accepts no responsibility for incorrect fitting of garments when custom measurements are supplied by the customer.


We recommend you to send your item back through a service requiring a signature on delivery, as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. Remember to write down YOUR ORDER NUMBER and send us your instructions for the exchange. For international orders you MUST clearly write "RETURNED GOODS" on your packet to avoid duty charges and delays at UK Customs. We take no responsibility for Custom/Border Agency charges for returned goods.
